Vietnam Says China Must Not Use Trade as a Weapon

Vietnam's Deputy Foreign Minister Pham Quang Vinh talks about territorial disputes in the region. Vinh said China should avoid using trade as a weapon in maritime disagreements after diplomatic tensions led to a slump in exports from Japan when Chinese consumers boycotted the goods of its Asian neighbor. He spoke on Nov. 28 in Hanoi with Bloomberg's Matthew Winkler.
