April 10 (Bloomberg) –- 21st century cities are driving towards gridlock, and that will hit growth and wealth if the world doesn't change its transport habits. That's the message from consultancy Arthur D. Little, in a new study of urban mobility. It looked at 84 cities around the world, using a range of criteria from transport costs to cycle paths.
