Peace talks between the Colombian government and FARC rebels are set to resume in Cuba. The negotiations are aimed at ending nearly five decades of armed conflict. Many have fled the violence, taking refuge in Aruca just across the border in Venezuela. Al Jazeera's Alessandro Rampietti reports from Arauca.
