euronews cinema: Boorman presents prizes at the International Film Festival of Marrakech

http://www.euronews.com/ Nine days and 100 films later the International Film Festival of Marrakech concluded with the awards ceremony.
British director John Boorman announced the winners at a glittering ceremony.
The festivals top award went to the Lebanese, Franco/Belgium co-production "The Attack" directed by Ziad Doueiri.
The jury prize went to two films, first the Iranian movie "Taboor" directed by Vahid Vakilifar.
"A Hijacking" by Danish filmmaker Tobias Lindholm shared the jury prize and also picked up the best actor award.
The best actress award went to Elina Reinold for her part in "Mushrooming" by the Estonian director Toomas Hussar.
Best student award went to the short " Mejor...Une Vie Meilleure" "A Better Life" in English, directed by Moroccan Tarik Leihemdi and the University of Abdelmalek Saadi in Morocco.
