Heavy rain continues to pelt southern Louisiana and Mississippi as the region tries to recover from Hurricane Isaac, now downgraded to a tropical storm. A million customers in the two states are waiting for power companies to restore their electricity. Meanwhile, to the north and south of New Orleans, the storm has left thousands of homes underwater. Al Jazeera's Tom Ackerman reports from Placerman Parish, Lousiana.
