We taste the catch of the day at Ca'n Eduardo - a seafood restaurant located right above the fish market in the Majorcan capital Palma. Many diners come from abroad or the Spanish mainland to sample the traditional cuisine and enjoy the harbor view. Head chef Jonny Moloney is originally from Ireland. For euromaxx, he cooks up a mouthwatering dish of fresh sea bream, Majorcan style.
