Sci-Fi Sea Orbiter Will Explore an Ocean Near You

July 23 (Bloomberg) -- The Sea Orbiter, a research project dreamed up by French scientists nearly twelve years ago, is set to begin construction by the end of the year for a Summer 2013 launch.
