Asian Markets Rally After Spain's Bailout

Markets rallied around Asia and the euro rose after Spain accepted a bank bailout, with sentiment further improved by less-bad-than-expected Chinese economic data. The WSJ's Jake Lee speaks with reporter Alex Frangos.
