Crispy Pork & Preserved Cabbage - Heo Quay Xào Dưa Chua w/Cathy Hà



This dish is really semi-homemade as the crispy pork came from the local Chinese BBQ place and the preserved cabbage (locally made and not the pre-packaged) is store-bought. However putting it all together in you own kitchen makes you the star. Enjoy!
