Chinese Companies Set Terms for Hong Kong IPOs

Equity capital market bankers are increasingly at the mercy of Chinese companies, which are setting requirements on fees and pricing for their Hong Kong listings. The WSJ's Deborah Kan speaks to reporter Isabella Steger on the stringent requirements Haitong Securities has laid out on its second listing attempt.
