Banks World-Wide Face Deeper Cost Cuts

Asia Today: Japan's biggest investment bank, Nomura, posted a loss in the second quarter and will trim even more costs, as the global finance industry undergoes a huge retrenchment. WSJ's Isabella Steger talks to Hong Kong bureau chief Ken Brown.
