Hai người nông dân Trung Quốc, ông Nam Vệ Đông 43 tuổi và Nam Vệ Bình 41 tuổi, có thể chơi nhạc trên các nhạc cụ do chính họ làm từ một số rau quả xanh.
Cha của hai là thầy giáo dạy nhạc và từ nhỏ hai ông đã tham gia đoàn ca nhạc địa phương. Ý tưởng chơi đàn làm từ rau quả đến với hai ông cách đây 2 năm và từ đó nó đã trở thành niềm say mê của họ.
Hai anh em họ Nam đã từng xuất hiện trên các chương trình giới thiệu tài năng khác nhau ở Trung Quốc và được trả 30 đến 50 ngàn nhân dân tệ cho mỗi buổi như vậy.
Mặc dù những buổi không phải là thường xuyên nhưng họ quyết tâm sẽ sáng tạo ra thêm nhiều nhạc cụ bằng rau quả khác nhau nữa để chơi được nhiều loại nhạc khác nhau hơn.

Lễ tưởng niệm Nhị Vị Trưng Nữ Vương ngày 4-3-12 tại Trung Tâm Văn Hóa San Jose
Như truyền thống hàng năm, Hội Phụ Nữ Việt Nam Hải Ngoại Bắc California đều tổ chức Lễ Tưởng Niệm Nhị Vị Trưng Nữ Vương còn được gọi là Lễ giỗ Hai Bà Trưng. Năm nay, lễ giỗ Hai Bà được khai mạc long trọng vào lúc 2 giờ chiều ngày 4 tháng 3 năm 2012 tại hội trường Trung Tâm Văn Hóa Mỹ Việt tọa lạc tại 2290 đường Tully Road thành phố San Jose.
Hội Phụ Nữ Việt Nam Hải Ngoại Bắc California được sáng lập cách đây 32 năm bởi cụ bà Phạm Trương. Được biết cứ hai năm là bầu lại và năm nay như thường lệ, hội ra mắt tân Ban Chấp Hành trong dịp lễ giỗ Hai Bà.

Cuộc biểu tình này được tổ chức bởi Hội Cao Niên Diên Hồng Vùng Đông Vịnh, với sự cộng tác của các tổ chức hội đoàn và các thân hữu của Hội.
