Underwater Kiss Competition on Chinese Valentine's Day

Seven couples dive into a giant aquarium for an underwater kiss competition in the Wuhan Haichang Polar Ocean World as a romantic way to celebrate Chinese Valentine's Day, or the Qixi Festival. The festival falls on Thursday this year, according to the lunar calendar. One of the criteria for shortlisting the seven couples from among a large number of applicants was - naturally - good swimming skills. And the one and only criterion for victory was the length of the kiss.

PETA Protests Canadian Seal Hunting
