King Crab Pasta Noodle - Mì Vạn Sự Như Ý w/ CathyHa Cooking Express 1&2

This is an awesome dish for lunar New Year's or any special occasion. The star is the king crab meat with pasta/noodle of choice. Goodness, it's addictive too. If you don't have fresh Korean/Chinese noodle, fettucine works great too. Make sure it's al dente. Another key is the grated parmesan. I love using Parmigiano Reggiano.
